The rooms were very nice as they were renovated on 3 months ago. The room was tight but we were only there for 2 nights. Unfortunately the rooms are very, very warm and the floor fan with the window open was not sufficient to cool the room even though it was cool outside overnight. Spoke to another couple who had the same issue. The location and condition of the room were good.

Staff was great and helpful. Was able to check in an hour early Room was not very renovated, loud room facing the street with poor temperature control, sadly was VERY HOT in our room otherwise staff we kind. Would stay for a night again for convenience of location

I do NOT recommend this place. The apartment did not match pictures. I booked through Expedia and then to check into apartment had to download a CityApartments app plus pay $1 euro as part of check in process. Expedia said check in time was 3pm, City Apartment said 3:30pm yet didn’t receive email with lock box code and actual apartment location until 4:15pm (and that was after I had messaged in both the Expedia app, City Apt app and called City Apt on the phone). Note the lockbox key is at separate location, a 5-7 min walk from actual apartment). The apartment was old and did not appear very clean. The kitchen was nothing like the pictures. The shower was a corner shower. Thankfully my husband and I are not big people because large person may not fit between the narrow sliding glass curved doors. Check out was 10:30am. Staff entered our apartment at 10am with their own keys (did not knock). We departed at 10:15am and they were waiting down the hall for us to leave. The location was somewhat noisy (within the apartment building and coming from outside), I had ear plugs which helped. The only benefit was an elevator (we were on 4th floor) and the walkable neighborhood of restaurants, pubs, shops, St Stephen’s park, etc). Definitely not worth the money spent. I would not stay here again.
